For decades, we tolerant Jamaicans have been having quiet discussions about which of our banks are worst. And the banks, realizing that we will never do anything about anything, just keep getting more and more disrespectful to us.
(This guy described the situation well below😡).

I think the Scotia branch in Falmouth, has taken 'service' to a new low though. For inside their branch, it's administrative business only!
No teller, no ABM!
Have you ever been into a bank/branch where you can't get or deposit cash?
I have never, after visiting many all over the world and everyone I have asked in Jamaica, replied in the negative.
So while at Falmouth they have refurbished the branch beautifully inside, you can't get any money in there, just administrative natters.
Also, they are clearly short staffed.
So you go inside, get a number and wait. And wait. And wait.
And probably after an hour you get called, are attended to by polite and efficient staff.
Then when you ask how you can get some of YOUR money, you are told to exit the bank and join the long line of people waiting in the sun hot, to gain access to one of the machines!
Now if this is not the ultimate disrespect of its customers, please tell me what is.
And the Scotia signs all over the place tell you of their 130 years of service to Jamaica!
Close every BNS account held by you, your relatives and friends!!
