When I decided to visit Thailand in October 2018, it was mainly to achieve a critical objective on my bucket list, that of riding a real live elephant.
Yes, I had been a cat lover from birth and even a potential vet at one time, but it had never ever entered my head that one day I would have the absolute joy of interacting with real big cats, so when I was offered the option at Damnoensaduak Tiger Park near the elephant reserve, to actually play with real live tigers, I nearly flipped with bliss and nothing but nothing could stop me.
This was the opportunity of a lifetime and the fulfillment of a dream that I had never dared to have.
