Many persons were puzzled when the president of N. Korea referred to the president of the USA as a "dotard." But he is perfectly correct as a dotard is simply a retard in his dotage.
I write from the heart, whether it is about topical issues, my many treks all over the world, or just lighthearted fluff. I simply enjoy sharing my thoughts and experiences and getting valuable and interesting feedback.

The Dotard
Joan Williams BSc, is a retired radio talk show host who was educated in Canada, USA and Jamaica. She has traveled extensively in the USA, Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin American and the Caribbean
and enjoys blogging about her travels.
She has written several books which are available in paperback and ebook format at Amazon.com.
